Terms of Service

Last updated: August 25, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of 3EM (“3E Monetise”, the “Service”), a product of Desvy Protocol (“Desvy Protocol”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 3EM you confirm that you have the authority to bind yourself or the organization you represent to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

3EM is a revenue-verification and relationship-intelligence platform. It helps businesses reconcile commercial activity against actual settled, retained revenue by connecting to systems you authorize (such as CRMs, calendars, and payment processors) and presenting verified, evidence-linked metrics.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization you register. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, interfering with the Service’s operation, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service to violate the rights of any third party. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans, where applicable, are billed on the cycle disclosed at signup or checkout. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the business data you connect to or input into 3EM. We process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desvy Protocol will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or where required by law, with notice where reasonably practicable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
